Vertrouwenscontactpersoon

Onze vertrouwenscontactpersoon is Nikki Donkersloot. 

 

US Handbal wil een goed en veilig sportklimaat, waarbij we grensoverschrijdend gedrag graag willen voorkomen. De vertrouwenscontactpersoon biedt spelers, trainers, vrijwilligers en andere leden de mogelijkheid om in vertrouwen te praten over grensoverschrijdend gedrag. Dat kan gaan over zaken zoals (seksuele) intimidatie, pesten, agressie en discriminatie. De vertrouwenscontactpersoon helpt daarnaast het bestuur om intimidatie in de club te voorkomen. 

 

Meldingen doen of een afspraak maken kan via telefoonnummer 06-20517483 of door een mail te sturen naar trustperson@ushandbal.nl. De vertrouwenscontactpersoon fungeert in eerste instantie als klankbord en kan je helpen met het vinden van een oplossing. Ook kun je natuurlijk direct contact opnemen met het bestuur (bestuur@ushandbal.nl) of de vertrouwenscontactpersonen bij het NHV (vcp@handbal.nl). 

 

Mocht je liever met iemand willen praten die op geen enkele manier verbonden is met US Handbal, dan kun je contact opnemen met het Vertrouwenspunt Sport van het NOC*NSF via 0900-2025590 (ma. t/m vr. van 08.00 tot 20.00 uur) of vertrouwenspuntsport@nocnsf.nl.

Code of Conduct

​

This is the code of conduct for US Handbal Amsterdam. It is expected that each member and trainer/coach will abide by these rules and hold others accountable. Failure to do so will result in consequences. 

 

  • We encourage open communication to create a safe and welcoming environment. If you are asked to do something that goes against your own feelings, norms and values: report this, for example to the board. For questions and reports, you can also contact the ‘Centrum Veilige Sport Nederland’ (0900-2025590 or centrumveiligesport@nocnsf.nl) 

  • We have respect for everyone. We don’t make disrespectful comments about others based on appearance, sexual preference, nationality, religion or background, online or offline. 

  • We only enter someone’s personal space or touch someone with consent.

  • It’s not allowed to share private information, pictures or documents of others that could emotionally damage them, online or offline.

  • We do not abuse our position of power and we treat everyone equally. 

  • We are fair and sportsmanlike. Verbal and physical violence is not tolerated on and off the field. 

  • We are aware that our actions may be perceived differently by others. 

  • We don’t pressure or coerce others into any action with which they feel uncomfortable. 

 

If you see or hear something that goes against the code of conduct, speak up and report violations of this code of conduct. Report violations of this code to the board and/or the trust contact person of the club (trustperson@ushandbal.nl). For questions and reports, you can also contact the Centrum Veilige Sport Nederland. 

 

The board can take action when the code of conduct not followed. This may be through a warning, a conversation or in worse cases, a suspension.
